1. Introduction

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the 345wi Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, software code and database architecture — are owned by or licensed to 345wi. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right in any Platform content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of any Platform content without express written permission;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks or copyright statements;
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes, including resale or sublicensing;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website without prior written approval.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345wi, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness or availability of Platform content. You use the Platform at your sole risk.

13. Termination

These Terms remain in force for as long as you maintain an active account with 345wi or otherwise access the Platform. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• User-initiated termination: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure is subject to resolution of any outstanding bets and completion of any pending withdrawal processes;
• Platform-initiated termination: We may suspend or permanently close your account immediately, without notice, in cases of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, regulatory requirement or other legitimate operational reason.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law clauses — shall survive the termination of your account.

14. Amendments to These Terms

345wi reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via in-platform notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact our support team in the first instance to seek resolution through good-faith dialogue. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the dispute-resolution mechanism provided by the Platform's licensing authority.
